I had a frustrating experience at Firestone in Ottumwa, Iowa. They refused to patch my tire unless I provided personal information, which I found unnecessary for a simple service. If you're looking for a better option, I recommend Jordan's Tire or Walmart—both have friendlier staff and provide quick, hassle-free service.
