I took my truck for a simple rotation at the store in Orangeburg. Within an hour of the rotation, the tire was flat, apparently pucked up a nail within the 1/2 mile that I drove it. Took it back, they plugged it, and 80 miles later, it was flat again. Brought it to the store in Summerville and found out one of the lugs was cross threaded. At least they are not charging me for the new hub.
Terrible customer service denied all Help and refuse to even look at the car
Anitra and the team went above and beyond to find the part needed for my Jeep.
Way better then SELECT TIRE. They can balance and remove your wheels without damaging due to old machines. Select tire still owes me for 2 damaged wheels..
I take vehicles here all the time and the customer service is top notch. Anitra and Tammi are usually who answer any questions I have etc. and they are fantastic. I don't know the mechanics names but they do some really solid work and I appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend this Firestone location.
