What in the world happened to Firestone? This place used to be solid. But today? The West Long Branch location made sure I’ll never go back. I had a 4:00 PM appointment today. Showed up early, at 3:45. Asked what time they thought the job would be done and was told “around 5, maybe 5:30.” Fine. I come back a little after 5...and my car hasn’t even been touched. Not moved.
