They were very busy. At check out I pressed both option buttons on key pad for recite and estimate. Print out to carry and email so I could look at line by line and my daughter could review it on line so we could best decide what to do. I got no print out. They were very busy and on to the next customer. So I figured I would tough it out and use my phones email. I get home. The warranty info they send opens and reads clear. Service was awesome, the manager was very socialable, friendly, she was really concerned with the problem I was having with my car. She made sure the problem was fixed before I left, she even helped the other mechanics fix the problem. The time I was there we all had some laughs I love the crew at Firestone I won’t go anywhere else
Shop was running a good promotion on store credit card. Needed six tires for my dually. Decided on Bridgestone. Friendly staff. Good experience overall.
