They told me two times they could put my tires on my dually ford van. Then after I waited . Alejandro said he could not do it . That is the last time I ever go there for anything. Good riddance !!!!!!!
These people are complete liars! The customer service is horrible and they will lie and tell you something is wrong with your vehicle when it isn’t. I went in for a rear brakes job which was supposed to have been $174 plus tax and I ended up being quoted $1,050 in repairs. They told me I needed new tires which was a complete lie because I had just purchased new tires 7 months prior to. They tried to charge me $400 for 2 basic tires that I didn’t need. 2 minutes ago Took one of my company vehicles in today to get rear back brake pads and the salesman insisted I need new rotors on both sides . This would be okay if I needed them but they never even looked at my car . I literally gave him my information and he quoted that I absolutely will need to replace them.

It’s one thing to politely explain that your business can’t help a client because of availability, it’s quite another to be a jerk and refuse to help a customer. This place lacks the professionalism needed to retain costumers. I will not be doing business so with this company.
