They were very polite and professional and treated me with great respect as a customer. Very trustworthy also as I accidentally left my bank card in my car door! I will definitely be back!

I've been to several Firestones over the years several in Memphis, Tn. and two of them in Southaven, Ms. The Firestone in Fremont is by far the best from the managers, mechanics to the service itself! Great place!
Amazing service for out of towners! Road tripping from IL to DC we stopped overnight, only to find our tire had been leaking. Yay road construction season! While having minimal availability, they were able to work us into their schedule seamlessly and get us back on the road in a matter of hours. I cannot thank the team there enough, I know we were asking a lot and they certainly delivered.
