Dropped off my truck on time, made an online appointment, and was called on my issue about 2 hours later. They explained everything that was wrong, how much each issue was going to cost to fix, and how long it would take. As stated, got another call from them 2 hours after first phone call letting me know it was ready for pickup. Never had a problem here and they have won my business. Thank you Firestone Aiken, SC.
I didn't even want to give the 1 star. Took 3 hours the first day then couldn't drive my car home because 1 of my rear tires was on front (different factory size tire) and one of my front tires was completely inside out. Wanted on manager the next opening morning, he was late to work. Finally was able to talk to manager, he refunded my money then started back on my car. Done, pulled it out and my tire was still inside out. Had to explain to him again, he said I was correct. Then notice that 2 of my brand new rims, that they ... read more
Tire flat right outside and they could not do anything to help us out. We changed out our own tire in the parking lot and decided to take it somewhere else for repair.
Not happy with the customer service they took 2.5 hours to get my car in the shop then when repair was done they didnt even tell me what they found wrong with the balance of my tires nor was i told what they did to fix it. Very displeased
