I know my car and what I need fixed. I took my car in for a FRONT brake job only. They proceeded to go over my car with a fine tooth comb to find everything wrong that they could to make more money. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a 1) Senior citizen and 2) I am a female. I appreciate their concern but on a fixed income I know what I can afford and I do not do credit. Ive been going to the Salisbury Firestone Facility as long as I have been back to Salisbury in 2009. Ive had, 2 Infinities a Nadza CX9 and now a 2013 Ford Exployer and I have had nothing but good, courteous service. I would recommend it.

Don't go to the Salisbury, NC location until you have their estimate for things that need to be fixed checked out first. They tried to charge me over $1200.00 for items they said had to be fixed to pass NC Inspection. Belts, water pump have nothing to do with the NC Inspection. They stated one of the belts had cracks in it (how could they tell when it's actually a chain, encased and cannot be seen).
