I do not recommend this Firestone location. The cost of scheduled services were not priced out when I booked online. When I arrived and checked in, the manager seemed really put out that I requested specific services be completed in a different manner than was normal for them. (Although what I requested is actually what is recommended in the owners manual for ALL, All wheel drive cars.) The ultimate failure was to not use the proper oil in my car. RecommendedI stopped at Firestone Complete Auto Care when I ran over a truck tire while traveling South on I-85. I heard something dragging from under my car and pulled off the highway. Phil Poole came out front to inspect my vehicle and reassured me that there was not a serious issue. Firestone has a location in Lexington but I drive to Salisbury just because of the quality of service that you get here!!
I have never been to a place that was completely empty and told without an appointment there is a pretty good chance we can't get you in all day! I repeat not 1 car on a rack. I needed a tire repaired. I drive to discount tire in Salisbury and they are packed with cars and people! 20 min I'm in on the rack! A simple tire repair on a Monday AM. I recommend using discount tire over Firestone any day. I had a simple nail in my tire! They must make so much money they don't need customers!
I would like to thank Phil for being kind enough to get my tire fixed so that I did not have to fear driving the distance to work safely.He is atrue pleasure to deal with.
