Worst shop experience I’ve ever had. Incompetent mechanics. Went for tires and alignment. Quoted et was 1-2 hours. Was there for over 3 hours and never got the alignment. They broke the stud off the rear wheel and charged me for that. Left grease all over the rims. Put an oversized lug nut back on that doesn’t match. After they had already taken the tires off and broke the stud, then they finally came and told me they couldn’t do the alignment because tie rods were going bad. Horrible mechanics.
Very professional, made a reservation online, drop off and pick up was on time if anything the pickup was earlier then expected. Very smooth transaction.
Made an appointment for 1pm Sunday several days prior, get to the shop, am told that they are a bit short staffed and it'll be a minute, figure I made an appointment for that time, so surely I'll be rushed and get in, so I go walk around for awhile, come back an hour later to an untouched car and so much wasted time, why allow appointments when you aren't even ready for me an hour after the appointment time? On top of charging a ridiculous price for half decent tires, all around, won't be back with my car
Brought in my car with low tire pressure. It was at the end of the day, but Firestone workers fit me in, patched my tire after finding a nail, and sent me on my way. I am SO appreciative of their professionalism and caring. Will definitely come back. I have been here multiple times through the years and have always had excellent service!!
