Scheduled for four tires and an oil change they did not do the oil change change and said they can get it done in ten minutes cool let’s do it. I left they called and said it would be 192.00 for and oil on this little vw golf because it is a diesel. No one in their right mind is paying 192.00 for 4.5 quarts of oil. This place is horrible. The staff is not friendly at all. This was my second time there. The 1st time all I got was air in 1 of my tires. This time all I wanted was air in 1 of my tires. Well, instead of just putting air in my tire like I asked the staff recommended that I have them to look at the tire because something could be wrong with it. Professional and courteous, great location easy access. Kerry was a pleasure to talk to. He answered questions and addressed concerns. He was able to tell me if he had tires stock to get replacements for my daughter's truck and got me in the same day. Thanks to Kerry and firestone for great service
Very easy to make an appointment (either by phone or online); The guys at the counter are all very courteous, professional and informative. Very pleased with the quality of service and care at this shop. I highly recommend them.
