I had to wait almost 5 hours to hear even a word back on the status of my vehicle. I waited in the lobby for a hour and they made eye contact with me multiple times. This place is a joke.
I had a 4:00 appointment for a tire rotation. My truck was finally pulled into the Service bay at 6:00!!I was told the reason for the delay was because 4 service tickets were ahead of me and they were short handed. I wasn't the only person there who had a 4:00 appointment and the other customer got out only a few minutes before I did. If your service department is short handed, why would you book appointments that you can't fulfill on time?? Had my truck for a entire day and never moved it. Had an appointment and they did every other vehicle in the parking lot except mine. Worst place to take your vehicle.
I had oil change or rotation wipers done. They are awesome. They take their time with all the customers to talk to you about everything needed on your vehicle. I’ve been coming to Firestone now for over 12 years. I only come to firestone they are the best
