Excellent customer service! A mistake was made and the wrong part was delivered (Not Firestones fault). This made my wait time longer than expected. The staff there (Ken & James) went above and beyond to make things right and get my vehicle finished as quickly as they could. I will definitely be returning for my future automotive repair and service needs.
