This is in reference to the Firestone Complete Auto Care, located at 1499 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89012. Store #745097 Managed by Gerald Anderson. On Thursday July 23, 2020 I caught a nail in the center of my tire, and not deep. I went to this location and a staff member came out and looked at my tire. RecommendedClean great customer service I was greeted when I walked in Ken the manager helped & assisted me with my needs & helped me understand each option I had with what I came in for with my vehicle & I will return to this location for my oil changes & my other needs for my vehicle ☺😃
They are amazingly friendly, courteous, honest and very timely on repair and service work! My preferred place to repair my vehicles
If I could give no stars I would. They broke a weld on our vehicle and returned it with 3 lights on that were not on prior to dropoff. They will not return any calls through their main customer service number. When returning our vehicle they said they had no idea why the lights were on but maybe it would reset itself. This was after handing over $1850.00. Don't trust this location!!!!
Today I was in the area and my tire light came on. Ken answered the phonee. He very friendly and said come on over. I didn't have an appointment and wasn't sure if they were too busy to see me. I pulled up and Dale took a look at all my tires and was so kind and helpful. Got me back on the road in no time! Thank you!
I feel like they have a sale of the day that they try to get the customers to fall for. That's just my personal opinion. We all have goals to meet. One location told me last time I needed over $1,200 worth of work done. This one told me I needed $300 worth of work done, but never mentioned the $1,200 the other location told me. That's why I'm glad I have mechanics in the family so I don't fall for it. I wonder have many people do fall for it. Lousy alignment! Car veers left something awful and I don't have time but will have to go back tomorrow.
Easy breezy--didn't try to sell me things I didn't need ;-) (always my biggest contention) but nicely reported my belt was dry rotting and gave me an estimate to take home for consultation with the hubs... Low Pressure (sales wise) so I'll definitely be back.. Quick and easy to make an appointment online, they were right on time (or early) and out the door in about 30 minutes... Excellent care and service!
