Very helpful service, great turnaround, and friendly staff. Service was completed faster than estimation, had a great conversation with Haley (who helped me), and everything was speedy to get me back on the road
If I could give this places 0 stars I would. The guy we talked to complained because we came in about 20 minutes before they closed so we can do an inspection. Just because you close at certain times doesn't always mean you leave at that moment. After we left I thought they forgot to give me my registration but the guy doing the inspection loses it. If you don't want my business then that's cool. I'd rather go somewhere better anyways. I will never be back.
They do a great job at general oil changes but anything more than that I would not recommend. I had brand new brakes installed and right after my car started making a funny noise. I took it back to them twice to have them look at it and they assured me nothing was wrong. I felt like they just didn't want to listen to me because I am a female. I then take it to a new mechanic who informs me when they installed the brakes they completely destroyed the rotors. Needless to say I had a really expensive repair bill that could have... read more
