very friendly well mannered efficient they so an awesome job
Arrived 7:30 this morning no appointment as I have many times without problem. No vehicles waiting outside and no customers waiting inside. This place has done all my oil changes, tires, alignments etc on my truck for years. Greeted when I walked in. Said I needed an oil change. Reply was that it would be at least 2 hour wait because they had appointments scheduled at 8am. So you're saying you can't do an oil change for a walkin in 30 minutes? Totally unsatisfactory. I got tires there a year ago and front alignment, nothing has been right since that day, nothing good to say at all.
my father-in-law, age 84 and from Colorado, had a low tire and went to firestone on LR Blvd in Hickory to have it checked. after pulling the tire off, he was told that it had a gash in it and he would need a new tire. my mom called and I told her to take the van to Black's Tire. the "gash" turned out to be part of a nail and they repaired it, even though they had just closed for the day. cost of repair $0. Waited 15+ minutes in your lobby. No one came out to greet us, no one offered any explanation on why we were standing around. The tech was in the back on the phone entire time and another on a computer just looking at us. First and last time in here.
I went in for an oil change and they also explained that they were going to do a courtesy check such as top off fluids and check tire pressure. Offered me coffee and showed me the remote control.
