sorry group of individuals, please do not let your elderly folks or anyone that you look after go there alone they will rob them blind and half the time not to fix what they said they're going to fix
I went here to get a flat tire fixed waited an hour and a half they then told me They couldn’t fix my tire that I need two new back tires. Wanted to charge $216 per tire when a whole set hadn’t cost me but $380. So I left I went to a different tire place where they informed me both of my back tires could be fixed and there was no need to buy new ones since I had just bought those tires. $20 later to fix my two tires and they are good as new. These people wanted me to buy 2 new tires for absolutely no reason.
Do not go to Firestone for anything. They will seek to get as much money from you as possible. They do not seek to help or care for the person. it is all about the up sale for more time, money, and work for them. labor rates are sky high. I do not suggest this place anymore. I couldn't even get an inspection done without a $700 brake job being pushed on me. Then took my $7 and failed me without telling me. I went elsewhere and got it done immediately. Spent 2 hrs for nothing! crooks! no more Firestone ever!
My daughter tried to get a plug in her tire. She was told they couldn’t do it. They tried to charge her $31 where it would have been done and only cost $5 elsewhere. They proceeded to check her battery and try to sell her two tires. She said she could get new tires cheaper elsewhere. They then proceed to tell her the tires she had were cheap! I don’t even know how anyone can walk around in this place with the amount of B.S. that’s being spread by their “techs.” That’s gotta be some sort of OSHA violation, right?
They NEVER honor their warranty.
Needed work done on my car. I know it needed more than the one thing done, but the one thing I needed would have allowed me to be able to get to work so I could make money to pay for the rest. They refused to do a “partial job” and even tacked on new tires to cost, driving a $3-500 repair up to $1900. No thank you!! Are there any honest mechanics out there who understand the struggle of having an emergency and needing to be mobile ASAP to support my family?? First and last time I will use them!!
Took my 03 mustang to them to get an alignment after I rebuilt the front end and installed lowering springs. They were able to work me in without an appointment and get it aligned within specs.
