Very disappointed with service I received today. Purchased white lettered tires, waited over 2 hrs for them to be installed only to see the white lettering was put to the inside. Really? What made you think that was correct? Waited another 45 minutes to have them changed. Then the technician didn't clean the blue off the lettering saying they didn't have any cleaner! As to be expected from a chain store, they originally didnt prorate my road hazarded tire, i had asked for another repair (small oil leak) but they refused to even look at it without first adding dye, had a trans flush service done, was never offered the addon of a filter replacement that didnt click till i got home. Guess ill.be doing that myself now.
Absolutely no way in hell I'd ever recommend this location to anyone.
I was flustered and tired but the employees were kind and patient. I appreciated the kindness on a crazy morning!
