Had an oil change, wheel alignment, and brake fluid flush. They have now given me my keys back 2x and my brakes do NOT work properly.

one godamn Tire took 2 fuking hours
Were supposed to perform an oil change, tire rotation, lifetime alignment, and a flush and fill of my cooling system. They did not properly execute the fill, they did not burp the system and it caused my vehicle to overheat on the 3 miles home. When called the person who answered said that they couldn’t see me that I would have to return the next morning. I went to Autozone, purchased a funnel and coolant and spent my evening burping the cooling system so it was properly functioning.
I had a 10 am. appointment & they didn't even pull my car in until 10:45. The work was "completed " at 12:20. I had a 1 pm. appointment at the VA Medical center downtown, & while driving to the VA I noticed my steering wheel was off center. I had just had a front end alignment & 4 wheels balanced. After sitting there for 2 hours & 20 minutes needless to say I was not a happy camper. Now I have to take more time out of my day to have it redone.
I needed some new tires and Arthur, the manager, helped me get what I needed and what was affordable for my car. I did not have an appointment and he took care of me in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend Firestone to my friends.
