Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars- made an appointment to have two tires changed, was told it would take 30 minutes, as it should. It's been over an hour and a half and they have one tire done. ONE TIRE..... Last time I come here, I don't recommend it
Very satisfied with their service. I purchased my tires online and had them delivered to Firestone. Had the tires installed along with an oil change and a four wheel alignment. Even met a nice lady while we sat in the customer lounge waiting for our vehicles. Definitely will be returning when needed.
I had a nine o'clock appointment, they didn't take my car in until 945, also charged me seventy dollars to change a light bulb.
I love taking my vehicles to the Fairfield location. The staff is great and I am never disappointed in the service I get there.
Top notch service writers and mechanics. Definitely recommend this location for your automotive needs.
