I have been a loyal customer since 2002, even though my cars have been consistently gotten bad or unnecessary repairs, I've been met with chauvinistic and lying 'mechanics' (very few of whom have been certified), and rude staff. Saved a couple dollars on my oil change but have $600 damage to front bumper from mechanic driving over concrete curb.

I was told they didn't take appointments and if I brought it in in the morning it would be a half hour up to one hour to get my oil changed. When i got in there this morning they had people listed who had appointments and if I wanted an oil change I'd have to leave it all day. Make up your minds people.
The guys at Firestone are so nice, professional & efficient! They answer all of my dumb girl questions without making me feel like a dumb girl. This is the only place I will ever bring my car! Their customer service is just amazing. THANK YOU GUYS!
