How can this store stay open with 3 positive cases of Covid? How can the manager, Mike , not be in Quarantine? He has been in close contact with all of these employees. And to this day is still at this store running it????? Way to go firestone, good looking out for the safety of your customers.

I went in for a tire that was losing air slowly but it was a problem. I stopped at the store to get it fixed. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and was ignored. I left and I won’t return for anything.
I needed a leaky spare tire removed from a rusty rim so that I could take the rim home, grind the rust off and paint it so it would not rust again. I called and spoke to an employee who didn’t know if they could do that. After waiting for 5 minutes so he could ask his manager, he said, “We can’t do that.” I doubt I ever patronize Firestone again.

I just learned from them that wheel wobbles are occurred by bent axels (Disregard of so many other practical reasons) and the air flow sensor is something located inside the engine. And the guy didn't replace the cabin air filter because the bolt was too tight. Too many craps for a day.
I'm not the kind of person who gives 1-star reviews, but this is the worst Firestone I've been to. Terrible service — especially from Mike G, who was extremely unhelpful. They messed up a coolant fluid exchange, and I ended up having to come back twice to replace my thermostat, because they gunk inside it. They also refuse to ever give me an estimate on how long things will take. Not coming back here if I can help it.
I have my deadline of when I needed the car fixed by. If they can't fix it, I was going to take it to another shop. The front desk guy then started to argue with me saying he wasn't going to allow me to leave with my car. Never ever coming back to another firestone.
