Horrible customer service. On with Raul (manager). Told me he would have to put me on hold because he is with a customer. Ummm. What the heck am I. Well. You just lost my fleet of vehicles.

My boyfriend took his vehicle to have an alignment and when he got the truck back there was a huge scratch and gouge on the rim that wasn’t there prior to being dropped off. I called and talked to the manager who knew exactly what vehicle I was calling about without me even telling him and he told me “it’s impossible that it happened here but I’ll give you the claims number to call”. RecommendedWent in today for an oil change, alignment and overall inspection of my vehicle. Scheduling was easy, and various times available that suited my needs. Service was prompt. The service guys were very professional and informed me of everything they were going to do to my vehicle, why it was being done and all suggested services. (Wipers, tail light was out and my treads were good!) They were not pushy, they didn't try to upsell me in frivolous work and kept everything very straight forward. I scheduled an appointment online for Friday at noon, get there and told me that they’re too busy and wouldn’t be able to get my car in for it’s oil change and tire rotation for at least 45mins and not sure how long the appt would actually take after that! I made an appointment for a reason!!!! Ridiculous and had me reschedule for the following day. I would suggest to anyone to never use this facility. Had new tires and an oil change done. The day after tires were put on I had a flat due to the tire not being put on correctly. The rear of the rim had six leaks and ever tire was not even close to the recommended tire pressure. When they did the oil change they did not put the full cap on tightly and it loosened and ended up blowing oil all over my engine compartment. Luckily I caught it and it did not start my car on fire which I park in the garage. They act like mistake... read more

Great service the manager Kevin was very knowledgeable customer service was almost perfect accept when I got onto the highway to go home I had to get out and close my hood all the way, other than that all around great service.
I have a brand new car ( 2015 Kia Forte ) and I took my car in to firestone for an oil change ( first time going here ) and right after I left I've immediately noticed my vehicle making noises it has NEVER made before. Took it back there this morning and it was no help what so ever
