Recently blew the power steering lines on my truck and decided to give up and take it to the mechanic. Was positive the pump was going to need replacing so gave them the approval to replace that as well. Lines replaced for $200, no pump needed. They couldn't easily got another $300 out of me by doing unnecessary work, instead they did the honest thing. I always go to Firestone in Shorewood and highly recommend them!!
I've had great luck at other Firestone Auto Complete Auto Care stores, but not this location. The word "Complete" needs to be left out of their title. After getting 4 new tires they informed me they would not be able to align the vehicle and that I would have to take elsewhere. They offered a free oil change for the inconvenience and screwed that up. I told them to put in high end oil and oil filter because it's performance vehicle.
