Let me start by saying that the customer service and the work done by this shop is great. No problems there at all. It simply takes FOREVER to get anything done. Made an appointment for 2 tires and an alignment for 7am and they didn’t even get the car back in the bay until 130. Finally at 230 somebody let me know what was going on. Sitting here at 245 and it’s still not done. If you have the ability to leave your car here for 2 days, you will be satisfied with the work. unprofessional isn't even the word!!! I've complained on the survey google an now fb next is regional. I'm not sure about the other locations but this location is by far the worst!!
Family had Spent tons of money here. Always takes a long time. Much Longer than the estimate. This time was the final straw. Dropped car off for inspection at night. Was told they could get it done the next day. All day no word . At 3:30 we called and they said one more in front of us. We called again at 6 (they close at 7) and they said we needed to leave it another day... for a simple inspection??? They did not call us. Had we not called we would be without the vehicle again. RecommendedI went to take my SUV for the brakes to be done and for one my breaks were NEVER done and they did an oil change and 2 new back tires and now I have a lot of lights on my dash board. I’m not very happy and I will not go back at all. And when they did the oil change they did not use the oil that they were suppose to use. NEVER WILL I GO BACK AGAIN!
They don’t respect your time. They don’t keep you updated.
Worst customer service.... lack of manager skills.... will never ever spend another dime in that place ..... did I mention ever
