STAY CLEAR your better off somewhere else. I have been going to Firestone since I was 16. 11 years of service. Different ones in VA and in NC. NEVER had an issue till now. My 2013 Toyota 4Runner was going to be serviced here for a lifetime alignment and an inspection. The vehicle was new to me and I was unaware of the locking lug nuts. So spent a lot of my afternoon trying to find a key for the Firestone to get them off. After being unsuccessful, we elected on taking off the ones that were on and buying a new set.. after all... read more
I had very unpleasant experience at this location. I suggest for all Tesla owners to avoid this Firestone and head to another service center. Very rude and incompetent customer service. The manager not any better. So if you drive Tesla or frankly any high end vehicle don’t bother visiting this place.

Was just informed I needed an oil change because there was no oil. I told them they must have forgot to put it in there when I had it changed here 1000 mi ago!!! There giving me a free oil change now. Time to make a change for my 3 cars that I’ve been bringing here for years.
