So I've generally had good luck with Firestone but this location is just awful. The staff doesn't pay attention when you tell them what you need (replaced the wrong tire, tested battery instead of replacing etc etc) then gets confrontational when you point out their error. It's just not worth dealing with these people, go somewhere else!
