Brakes totally failed while on vacation. Tow truck driver recommended this shop. Got us fixed up and on our way the same day!
might be "good" at what they do, but honestly horrible people. my husband worked there, he needed a couple days off to bring our son to the children's cancer center In Minneapolis (it was an emergency) and the ONLY thing Jay was worried about was if he got his shift covered. wasn't understanding at all, when my husband went back to work not only were all his coworkers rude but Jay (the store manager) ignored him, refused to talk to him when he tried. my husband ended up quiting. Jay saved our Vacation! Our Chevy Silverado, pulling our camper came limping into the parking lot. A few minutes of talking and Don had the job. It was a big job that would take time so the employees pointed out the best rental car option for us and we enjoyed time exploring Duluth. The staff went over and above to get the job done and get us on the road again. Thanks Guys!

Traveling from Canada through Duluth last weekend we had brake troubles on the car and could not continue. It was Friday evening at about 4pm and I thought we were done for the weekend and trip was ruined. We were going to be stranded all weekend. Went to Firestone and they saved the trip! Got us in and found parts and had us on the way by 7:45. Great service and great staff!! Thank you fellas! Especially Tim and Jay.
