They tried to add money on to the bill multiple times. We went in for our appointment and after 2.5 hrs they still hadn’t moved the car. Simple tire exchange and they said it would be 5 hours. Don’t go there. I do like firestone as a company. This one just doesn’t care about the customer.

We've been with them for years, and the reason is their customer service. They took what could have been a very negative experience and through their real "Make it right" attitude turned it into a huge positive.
I went there and asked them if they could just change my brake light bulb real quick and that I had to be at work soon. The man said yes it will only take 20 mins when actually it took 45. I was 10 mins late to work. I was so mad but the manager did give me 10 percent off for the wait. The brazilian man was rude that was helping him. Never again.
love it here. Jack & Alex really know what they are doing and talking about. always upfront and honest about the work needed. opening a firestone card is smart too if you're here often. good options for long term payments. can't say enough about how nice and how much i love it here. will be returning for whatever further work i may need & my families car! 100% recommend to ANYONE!!
