Totally junk tires.....buyer beware
RecommendedI've been going to these guys for several years now, 2nd car I've taken to them and they are always wonderful, courteous, affordable and efficient. I would reccommend them to anyone and will continue to trust them with my vehicles. I drive a lot of miles as a field technician so making sure my car is safe and that I can trust the people servicing it is priceless. Thanks guys for always being great!
I had scheduled an appointment at NTB, and they forgot to order my tires. I went next door to to Firestone, they gave me a better deal on a higher mileage tire, changed my oil, drove across town to the other store to get the tires I needed, did an alignment and changed the air filter. Very reasonably priced and Jeremy’s customer service was 5 star. Made my Christmas vacation much better. Thank you again for your hard work and attention to details!
Don't bother scheduling an appointment....they do nothing to expedite this process.....went in to get my oil changed....had scheduled an appt for 5 pm...got an email confirming this appt time the day before...showed up at 4:50 pm and did not leave until 6:40 pm. They finished work on a car that came in AFTER me who didn't actually have their appt scheduled until tomorrow AND they rang her out before me even though she didn't wait and they had to call her up to let her know the work was done. I just purchased my second set of tires at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Hagerstown. I’ve worked with James Ziemann both times. Him and the crew are efficiently and friendly. They shoot straight and don’t try to scam or con you for more money like other auto shops I’ve been to. They are quick and honest. Best place in the Tri-State area to get tires! Highly Recommended.
We love these people as they saved our vacation! We called them at 2pm, telling then I had lost brakes while towing our trailer home and they said to come now. So we dropped off the trailer next door to their shop and they took the vehicle in almost immediately! We blew a hole in the main line that runs from the front to the back, so they diagnosed, and replaced the entire line and bled all four brake cylinders in three hours!
