I have used Firestone in the past. But on Friday as I was beginning an 8 hour trip I heard strange noises in the wheel well. Luckily I was near Firestone. Pulled in. The flat was obvious. They repaired it and I was back on the road in @ 30 minutes! Saved my day!
I had an appointment for an oil change. One hour later I asked how long the delay was. She told me 20 minutes. I said I've already an hour late. Told me I would be right in. They sent a mechanic out to move the car in. He did not know what a clutch was or even how to start a car with a manual transmission. He said my car was broken and would not start. I purchased 4 new tires around christmas with lifetime warranty. Recently i got a nail in a tire and went to have it plugged due to it being free.. Ended up waiting 4 hours in a filthy waiting room area. It was so dirty and worn down i wouldn't even have a seat in that place and costumer services sucked as well. Definitely not worth the warranty.
I use to go to a shop in Bluffton that every time I went in for a oil change I end up leaving with a 200 bill for other stuff. I have been going to #firestone for a few years now. I had major car issues and was having some hard times. The guys at fire stone no only helped me with coupons but they took off almost $300 in labor and parts. I have brought my business to them time and time again and I will continue to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
As always we had great service yesterday. We have been patronizing Firestone since we moved here.

The whole crew--Jeremy, Malcom, Chip & Tony were amazingly helpful and friendly in my recent visit to repair my Pilot!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We will continue to be LOYAL CUSTOMERS at Firestone because of their outstanding customer service!
