I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. This is the worst place around. Dropped our truck off first thing in the morning to get tires that we had purchased put on, an alignment, as well as an oil change. We were told we wouldn't get it back until 4-5pm. We received a call at 4:15 stating they didn't have the right size tool to put the tires on. So my fiancée asked if we brought the tool that they needed, could they get it done, and they said they could. My fiancée gets there with the tool and a rude employee stated that they can't get to our truck???? He also stat... read more

Order tires from Tire Buyer and got delivered to Firestone in 2 days. Upon arrival They were able to mount and balance 4 brand new tires for me for under $100. Service was great thanks too Mel and the team at Firestone. Will defiantly be doing business there again.
I love them! Everytime I set an appointment I'm in and out w/I 30 min- 1hr!
