RecommendedTired got punched and went flat. I am new in this area and needed to find a tire shop. After googling I found many tire shops but one stood out, FIRESTONE. I have gone to Firestone in PA, CT and now in Norman, Ok. Always Great Service and they stand behind there work !!
We were told my sons oil change would be 45 minutes to an hour so we left and came back in an hour. When we arrived, his car hadn’t been moved. We went in and the garages that had been empty were now full and there were a bunch of people in the waiting room. They had completely forgotten about our car. They told us his car would be next but he needed to get to work and who knows when next would be so we took his keys and left. I’m blown away. Good service! Know what there doing at a reasonable cost!
Won’t warranty tire that was bought less than 2 years ago. Tire is dry rotted on side and they refuse to take care of it since it’s not a tred issue.

Always great service! Got there early, took me right in, 30 mins and out the door!!
They took off my side mirror. They didn't break it: they TOOK IT OFF. They refused to fix or replace it because "it was gone when my car came in" of course it was.
