No. I had brakes replaced in March only to have worn out brake pads in August. When repaired in August, the car vibrated a day later leading to new brake pads and rotors through the Honda dealership. When I went in to the store in Main Street in Norman, I was met with argument and advised that it’s normal wear and tear to have brakes wear out in 6 months and while my warranty was honored, I was treated as though I was an idiot. So no, I would warn people to avoid the store on Main Street in Norman!
RecommendedWas very pleased with AC work I had done here recently. 3 days after having the initial work done I experienced another unrelated AC failure and they helped find the most economical fix possible. Good job!
I've used Firestone Service for years. However, went to Firestone (Dec. 2018) to have a flat tire fixed. The Service Manager was rude, crude and down right nasty. I feel my car care and the customer service experience (with a particular Firestone) has degraded over the years.
I thought I needed new struts, based on a different inspection, but Jason looked at them and also at my tires. He said I could sell you struts and take $1500 but I’m not going to do that bc all you need is new tires. That’s the way all people should run their business, with honesty and integrity! Not only that, but I had my autistic son with me and I explained that he gets overwhelmed in certain environments. How many car repair shops call and say "I don't want to take your money"?! Because of that honesty, we'll definitely be back. Great guys to work with.

The service we received from the Firestone staff was excellent. They were very prompt in assisting us. They explained the problem very well and answered our questions! Thank you very much! We will return if we need work on the car!!

Complete rip off and way overly priced I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
