Wondering why I have an 8am appt when the tech shows up at 8:30 and the "walk in" is taken care of first? A 9am appt shows up late and is immediately taken care of. Been coming here for 6 years but may be time for a change.
I still have yet to hear from the corporate office or regional manager after contacting the customer service department three times in a week for poor service at this location. Unbelievably bad customer service throughout the company
My was in need things and they got me in quick and fixed the problems In the car and I am always a costumer for life.
Terrible Service: Six hour wait on an oil change & it wasn't even done. To top it off they called me and left a voicemail for a costumer named Daniel.
