I was waiting for 30 minutes to pick up my car while the worker was helping a customer with a credit card app. Another customer walked in and was taken ahead of us. We had to wait another 15 minutes, a total of 45 minutes, just to pay for 1 tire that was replaced. These workers need a crash course in customer service!
twice in 2 weeks I showed up for appointments and just wasn't in the system. convenient. then did nothing to try and accommodate me. poor customer service. they've lost this long time customer forever.
I had a misfiring cylinder on my Jeep about 500 miles from home while on vacation with my family. I was only in town for the weekend, knowing that they got it in, fixed and back to me in one day. Very accommodating and professional. I would reccomend them.

I have never had any problems guys are always friendly and helpful they always explain what's going on and how long itll take we like it there .
I used to trust and enjoy my service here. Had tires installed yesterday. Was suggested I get an alignment, said not today, perhaps next weekend. My time was limited. Was charged for an alignment nonetheless. That's a pretty skanky way to do business, especially when you hang a sign of Mr. Firestone and a quote from him about honesty.
