Totally disappointed in Firestone! I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years and today I had a nail in my tire I needed repaired. $30 later they fixed it even though I purchased the tires with them! Belle Tire and Discount would have fixed it for free even though I didn’t purchase with them. Firestone lost a customer today and I will do everything in my power to make sure my friends go elsewhere also!
They used scare tactics on a woman and ripped off my friend with unnecessary work.
The customer service at Firestone is exceptional!! Holly is wonderful and is a valuable asset to your business. My car was repaired and delivered with a smile. The mechanic even warned up my car for me before I picked it up. :-)
