Went to get my oil change and left the next day my engine light on brand new car engine light never came on until I went to them. I’m getting my lawyer together right now and they about to get served
I recently went to Firestone on Westnedge to have my battery checked. They said “my battery was good but oil was low”. I had oil checked at local Pennzoil immediately. The next day my car wouldn’t start again so I took it to local auto mechanic. After 4 days without my car, it was the battery. I called the Firestone manager, Rob, he said “if you recall I told you your battery was marginal”. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Got a quote, made an appointment, towed my car there. Once they got my car... called me to double the price of the quote!!! First and last time using their service. Awful
Went in to repair a leak with a patch. Manager Mccaffrey wouldn’t repair it. Because of their liability policies. When I said that he just want to sell a new tire. He got made and refused to help me at all. And told me to take my business somewhere else. I still want to buy a tire and he said no
Went in for tires. was told I needed a serpentine belt. That was $128. I asked for my old belt. Had it looked at by someone else. It was fine. I was taken advantage of. While waiting for my work, I could hear the help arguing in the garage area. In the waiting area the manager scolded the service manager. When I told the manager I was losing faith in the place, he got extremely rude with me. He then refused to do an alignment after asking me if I wanted it done. This particular store will never see another dime of my money.
I have rarely been treated so rudely. After being left waiting 15 ms while another associate attempted a high-pressure $1200 sale, Al informed me he didn’t care about my flat tire because I didn’t have an appointment. Gee, why didn’t I think about prescheduling my flat tire? Last time I bought new tires, I bought them here ($1200) but that’s the last dime they’ll ever see from me.
