RecommendedJUSTINNNNN!! I showed up at 3:50 on a Sunday with a slow leak, and he had me fixed and back on the road with minutes to spare before they closed at 5! It wasn't a horrible leak; he could have told me to come back in the morning (because they were busy already), but he didn't do that OR try to upsell me with a new tire (which I've been told is common). So far, 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Where is the candid camera? Fit to be tied and told another at least 15 minutes.

I had a flat tire last night and used a can of fix a flat to get me off the side of the road (this is a big sticky mess for tire techs so if you can change to a spare, that's preferable). I called this Firestone location and spoke with Michael Graham and explained my situation. He went ahead and made an appointment for me to come in this morning for the repair.
