Like many franchises not all are equal so when u find one that does you right you try to stay .....Had a beef when my Firestone location on Topanga closed without any notice but by asking around found where some employees went that know there cars and take pride in there work so I'm now at this location where most of the employees care about there clients and when your car feels right you feel right so props to the crew at this location and to Manny whose knowledge is above the rest and takes pride in his trade ....
Sucks big time super slow I left my work van there for days and nothing done and were a fleet and bring in our trucks all the time and still get the run around could of done my service 10x's by now..... DEFINITELY TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and did a good job. Had tires and alignment done. Ended up with the Bridgestone Dueler A/T revos I went with them for the second time.
Perfect service, perfect repair. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I or rather the rental car was in good hands. Go there, they'll do everything to service and repair your car asap and to your full satisfaction. My special thanks goes to Larry.
