The service is good, my issue is the following This is the second time I make and appointment online and I get a call from the service center that choose to inform me that they cannot service my vehicle because they are already booked for the entire day. I have asked this before, how is it that your online system allowed me to book it? I was informed that the system has a glitch and it does not update, that it take about 24 hours to update. Service is always good and they try their best to do it in a timely manner. Today Meshlin got my oil change don within 1 hour without an appointment and they were busy. Would like to thank the mechanic who performed the change and inspection. Could not do the survey because my inv! number has a period instead of a dsah so it did not recognize it.
Dropped off my car at 10:00am for 2 new tires. I was told I would be called when done. I called at 4:00pm and was told it would be ready at 6:00pm. I arrived at 6:00pm to find my car had not been touched. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Never coming here again.
First time here, great customer service. And I'm very satisfied with the results of my car.
I always bring my car here for service and they also have great customer service.
