I brought my car in to get the daytime driving lights changed. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I also asked about quoting me for a 60k service. They looked the car up and he told me there is no need for the service as long as the spark plugs and oil was changed. I will take my car to these guys.
Took a car in to have a tire sensor checked. They called me an hour later and said that I needed new tires and that one tire was flat when they put the car on the rack. THE TIRE WAS FINE WHEN I GOT THERE. What a ripoff, do NOT go there.
I bought a set of 4 tires from them at $350 a piece And a couple days later I got a nail in one of them and they told me my tires did not come with a warranty because they're not the Firestone brand and they were BF good rich tires And if they were to give me a warranty on my tires they could not make any money which I think is total BS

Had my car for almost 4hrs. Told me via phone call that they had too many appointments. The lady on the phone also stated that I saw how busy they were. I saw..... when did I become a firestone employee. There is a right way and a wrong way to do business. Her attitude was not what I needed today. Love them ! Best customer service I'm very loyal to Firestone ! The ford delear is horrible I refuse to go this is the place if you want good quality customer service !!!
Very friendly, very honest. I've been here twice for tire problems and they are always able to recommend what I need and get it done!
