Do you guys know how to use a torque wrench? I bought new tires 3 months ago, today i want to remove one of the wheels and its impossible without an impact, if i was OFF the road with a flat..i ll get stuck there because you guys, DONT KNOW HOW MANY TORQUE POUNDS PUT ON THE LUG NUTS.. THANKS

called to get a tire. one if the employees got rude because I wouldn't order a higher priced tire and replace all 4 tires on my truck when I only needed 1 which they said they had in stock. so went to get the one and the guy threw a fit because I wouldn't change all 4 tires.

I got new tires installed. I got 20 miles down the road and my right rear tire pressure sensor wasn’t reading. I took it back to have them figure it out and they told me they don’t have the equipment to re-learn TPMS on GM’s. So essentially it got broken while it was there and I’m driving with a tire pressure light and have to take it to a different store to get it fixed. Horrible experience. Came in to buy a tire. Knew I wanted it replaced even established that with the service associate that helped me. Then the tech comes out and tells me the tire needs replaced and wants to know what I am doing. Wasted and extra hour to find out I want them to do what I asked them to do in the first place.

The pictures say it all. Took car in for oil change, Firestone spends 40 minutes on it and then says they can’t do it do to previous shop cross threading oil nut, we drive home and notice a pool of oil in the morning so we take it to previous shop. Firestone lied and had actually completely broken the housing to the pan nut and had it fall inside the pan causing a huge leak, such liars. What would their mothers say? Took my car in for what should have been a very standard and simple oil change.. after about 45 minutes of Firestone having my car up they inform me that due to previous work from another shop they could not service my vehicle. They said that the other shop had cross threaded a bolt into the oil pan, and suggested I take it back to that shop to have them fix it. Firestone claimed they did not touch my vehicle yet within 36 hours my reserved parking spot is COVERED in oil that has leaked out of my car after leaving Firestone.... read more

They are liars and thieves!! They will say they fixed your car but then when it’s not fixed they will pass the buck and say autozone give them a defective part!! They will keep your car for a week and it still won’t be fixed!! This is the 2nd time they have done this to my bf!!
