I had an appointment today at 10am for an oil change and full inspection. I dropped my car off and the guy who checked me in said my car would be ready between 3 and 4 o clock. thanks for nothing today helping me get back to Michigan with a class c motorhome. God forbid you guys would have to jack it up in the parking lot and change a tire out for someone in a pinch.

I had an appointment for 9. I got there at 8:40. There was only one person there because the others had called in. I was getting a tire rotation, balance, and alignment. I didn’t leave until 12:30.
I took an ENTERPRIZE rental car in to get a tire patched. Their evaluation was it could not be patched. It had to be replaced. After two hours later he called my name. I walked over to him using my cane (recovering from a spinal epidural injection) and he handed me my keys and said it is parked on the gravel. dont recommend it after sitting for 6 hours to get a nail fix in tires and rotate them since I got road side hazzard and rotation and they put the tire on backwards with white lettering on outside when all others had the black lettering out wasnt as mad about that but then they stripped 2 of my lug nuts on my back passenger side and ruined the studs so I had to pay $200 to fix the studs and buy new lug nuts because they couldn't thread a nut correct and fix the tire where the… See more
