This place deserves ZERO stars!! Horrendous customer service! They will lie to you and tell you it will only be a few minutes, in reality it will be a several hour wait! If they would lie to you about that, who knows what other lies they tell!! Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable shop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. called before arriving was told I could get right in headed straight over waited 50 minutes. It was a simple tire repair(screw) not only did it take them an hour to complete the job after waiting nearly an hour but after leaving they called to advise me they forgot to put the center cap on!!!
Great service!!!! Every other place turned me away this morning, because "they were all booked up with appointments". Thomas was more than willing to find a time for me to come in and get the work done on my car. Firestone will be the place I always go to for a oil change from now on. In and out in less than 30 mins!! Plus you might get a few laughs in before you leave....

Debbie and Eric are both top notch people , they don't make you feel like your just a customer they make you feel like your bridal ginger your vehicle to a friend who knows what their doing. Good people. Keep up the good work.
