This specific location sucks.... 🖓😕 Almost didn't make it to work this morning - car overheated. Turns out they DID NOT top off all the fluids like they are supposed to, after an oil change. Could have caused serious engine issue. 🤕😲 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PINELLAS PARK LOCATION. Dunedin is MUCH better.
Just experienced horrible customer service aside from getting my tire replaced (for which I was overcharged). Guess I didn't appear the way I sounded on the phone. Also got oil all over my beige seats and don't come back after I told them about it and I have pictures.
No complaints / no upsales / great experiance.
2 hours waiting for a nail repair on a new tire they installed. Four employees checking their cellphones in the customer service area, this is terrible service. Stay away from this place.
Friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I even witnessef excellent customer service with another customer. One of the Reps walked outside with an older lady who had a problem in the parking lot. I don't think it was an issue for firestone, but he went out and helped her. I work in healthcare and I'm always aware of customer service, especially with seniors. Way too go Firestone. Your team at Pinellas Park are A+++
