I have been taking my 2006Honda to this Firestone for years since the manufacturers warranty ran out. It used to have excellent service and useful input regarding services needed. Now, it seems that many unnecessary services are recommended. When questioned, they tell you, they are going by mileage without checking records. I took my vehicle in to have a tire changed, they told me I needed my wheel bearing replaced, quoted a price for parts of $169.99 plus $105 labor. When I called back and told them I could buy the part at O'Reilly for $89, they told me they would give me a discount of $100 on the parts/labor. When I picked my truck up that afternoon, they had charged $105 for labor, $169.99 for the part, credited $75.00 and then added $43.99 of labor back to the invoice. Eric and Mike in the front and Broderick and Edwin in the back are very good. Overall not good and urgent as once was. Still second best in town.
