They break a part on my daughter's new car and lie about it. Said it was already busted. These people are LIARS.

I bought tires and had an alignment. Since then my car rattles like a bucket of loose bolts! I have tried to contact them to have them fix this and they keep giving me the run around. They told me to bring the car in this morning at 8AM for them to look at. It is now 8:40 and the store is still not even open! Stay away from this place!!

RecommendedI have been going to the Firestone on 2nd Street for 15 years and they have never disappointed me! I am a single woman and sometimes I know that that couldn't be problematic with people thinking they can pull a fast one on us buy it I think when you show consistency and loyalty and they get to know you and your vehicle they don't ever try that with me! Doug and Morgan are awesome. they never try a hard sell but they do tell you what you'll need to keep an eye on so that you were always safe. I was waiting for my car and an older woman pulled in the lot not having an appointment but saying her car felt funny as she was driving. they went out and looked at her car only to find out that her tire was half full of air. filled it up and got her on her way. Doug and Morgan at Firestone go out of their way to help people.
They always take care of me and my car! Friendly staff. Clean waiting area. I get the best prices and care when I need it!

Rob is an awesome help! They changed my tire in 30 minutes. check edmy tires to tell me what I would need and also tell me what I would need to fix my car I thought it was an awesome experience my mom has gone there for years you can definitely trust them!
I've been going here for many years and have to say that the customer service has gone down since Richard left. I'm so glad the Rob is still there. They don't try to sell me anything I don't need. This visit was for what turned out to be a transmission issue that they could have worked on but might have voided the warranty, instead of doing the work they helped get my car to a dealer so the work would be covered by the warranty.
My appointment was at 1:00 pm. They didn't bring my car in for service until just now @ 1:47 pm. Why did I even need an appointment? This is my first time being service here, and I'm not impressed so far. Seems like they are so short of help. There were 4 or 5 people waiting to be served & there is one person working at the counter & on the phone.
