Surprisingly, I have received some exceptional customer service the past couple of months. However, today Firestone Springfield, MO outdid them all. Nobody enjoys purchasing tires, but Ryan made it a pleasant experience! Thanks for going above and beyond!
Absolutely the best! Chris and crew took care of me front to back, getting my new tires! He explained everything about the different tires pros, and cons and helped me decide on what best fit my needs and budget! The techs were carful and organized, and I even peeked in and he hand torqued my lugs! (I'm a stickler for that, and you'd be surprised how often that part gets skipped)... I checked air pressure when I got home the next morning and it was spot on! (Also rare) everything about my experience was great! Thanks guys!
