Called Grand Forks store, asked if they had time for an alignment and brief brake inspection. Guy told us “yep, we’re pretty open tomorrow!” Proceeded to set up a morning appointment - 4 hours after dropping the car off, it hasn’t moved. Over-scheduling and dismissive, not thrilled. Update: picked up the car with no service done. All techs in the shop were bs’ing the entire time we were there, not a tool in site- same as this morning. Came from out of town for this appointment, incredibly unimpressed.
