Just got all four tires replaced. Always have great experience!! Honest and reliable!!!
Called Grand Forks store, asked if they had time for an alignment and brief brake inspection. Guy told us “yep, we’re pretty open tomorrow!” Proceeded to set up a morning appointment - 4 hours after dropping the car off, it hasn’t moved. Over-scheduling and dismissive, not thrilled. Update: picked up the car with no service done. All techs in the shop were bs’ing the entire time we were there, not a tool in site- same as this morning. Came from out of town for this appointment, incredibly unimpressed.
I started having some car issues a few blocks away and pulled in in the hopes that they might be able to help me out. The gentleman at the counter took a quick look, checked and topped off my oil, and made sure I was safe to drive the rest of the way home. I'll happily take my car to them in the future for service.
Just had a full set put on last minute. Jake was amazing at getting us out the door quickly!
