I used this shop for the installation of tires I had purchased online. They charged me less than their area competitors and provided far better customer service than I’ve experienced at those competitors. When I experienced minor vibration at highway speeds with the new tires they rushed it back in to diagnose the problem and correct it. I am pleased with my experience and will bring my business there in the future.
Reliability and trustworthy.
Initially Bill was very helpful. My husband and I were confident about the honesty and ethics of this location. We got a charge card there. I paid before I ever got a bill. Three months later we received a bill stating we were late. When I went in to the store I felt Bill was not only rude but had nothing to say but "Call the number." Then messed up my payment. They did fix it but calling "the number" got us nowhere. Card is paid off but a great deal and super nice people just cost us almost 200 bucks. Not cool. :(
Super friendly and helpful. They were thorough and even showed me my old tires and explained why I was having the issues I was. They told me what I should do, priced 2 different options for me and found me the best deal for the little money I had. I wish I could remember the 2 gentleman that helped me but they were FANTASTIC!!! I’m new to the area and I will trust my car to them from now on!!
I found Mike and Dave to be very personable and found myself feeling as if I've known them forever. Mike especially made my experience enjoyable. I look forward to going back this afternoon for my new tires. We all get a feeling of accomplishment when we find THAT service provider who you find to be totally reliable and good. You know the feeling as in my plumber, my electrician, my mechanic or my tire guy. Mike & Dave are going up on the refrigerator.
Firestone was unable to remove lug nuts .i bought tires from there in January. In march i got a flat i put spare on and took it to firestone they were unable to remove lug nuts and broke a stud it all it cost me $172. To repair a flat
