Good service other than the guy who did my alignment, while setting the alignment they twisted the boot around my inner tie rod ends and never loosened it up to straighten it back out
They apparently don't know how to adjust their hours on their website and on google. I put in an appointment last night over an hour before their stated closing time but they are apparently already closed so they didn't see it. I showed up right at 8:00 a.m. for opening this morning and was the first person through the door and they weren't able to help me with simply doing a plug on my tire. This is my second experience with price gouging. A few years ago, I made an appointment for my disabled mother to get an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light. She left that day billed with over $900 of upsale work. Today, I came in for 4 tires on my EcoSport. Quoted roughly $350 out the door due to their wonderful deals this weekend. 🙄 Wouldn't you know that my lug nuts were so swollen that it was going to add an additional $250 in labor and new lug nuts.
